Refund and Returns Policy
Given the nature of digital content, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchased Subscription or Items unless we have made changes to these terms that materially affect you to your detriment or as required under relevant consumer protection laws.
There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
- you have changed your mind about your purchase or subscription
- you purchased or subscribed by mistake
- you do not have sufficient expertise to use the Items made available
- you ask for goodwill
- you can no longer access any of your desired Items because they have been removed from TypoEdition.com (we advise you to download Items as soon as you purchase them to avoid this situation)
If we decide to refund or credit, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be not be downloaded.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
