The licensed asset can appear in up to 250,000 end products for sale
An end product is a product you will create from the assets you purchased from TypoEdition.
Commercial use is: where financial gain or other consideration is either sought or a result, directly or indirectly, use that promotes a business / product / service, use that involves an exchange of money or other consideration.
Assets can be used for:
- Up to 250,000 physical or digital end products for sale
- Unlimited business social media accounts owned and managed by the licensee
- Unlimited physical advertisements for local, national, and global markets
- Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impressions
- Broadcast and streaming for unlimited lifetime viewers
Forbidden:
- Resell or sub-license the Licensed Asset in a way that is directly competitive with it
- Make the asset public or share the asset in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute it as a standalone file
- Resell any modification of the asset on its own
- Falsely represent authorship and/or ownership of the Licensed Asset
- Use items in on-demand services
- Use the Licensed Asset in pornographic, fraudulent, immoral, infringing, illegal, harassing, offensive, or defamatory material
